On Wednesday our group delivered baby supplies to the pregnancy care center in Shamokin.  We had a wonderful tour and overview of the facility with the director, Margie Conrad.

Wreaths for Warriors

Members of SUN Republican Women joined forces with Wreaths for Warriors to honor deceased veterans this Christmas season.  Volunteers placed wreaths at gravesites throughout the Susquehanna Valley after dedication services.

Baby Shower

Our December “Christmas Party” was a baby shower to benefit the Expectations Women’s Centers in Lewisburg and Shamokin.  Betty Brubaker spoke on the renewed vision to reach abortion-minded women in the Susquehanna Valley.  Drawing on her many years of experience, she shared the option of adoption in crisis pregnancies and the need for positive pro-life, pro-adoption messages in the culture at large.
