April SUNACRW Meeting 2025

SUNACRW members toured Expectations Women’s Center at Lewisburg.  We learned about services offered to an expecting mom or dad, including the Earn to Learn program which teaching parenting and sufficiency skills.  Our members donated items and learned of volunteer opportunities. 

At our March meeting we discussed who it is you will see when entering the polling place to vote and why these elected positions are important.  They also discussed the difference in voting in person, a mail-in ballot, an absentee ballot, a military ballot, and a emergency ballot.

Our members attended the PA Federation of Republican Women Board meeting to networking with other Republican women members from across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

Donald J. Trump our 47^th President of the United States  

SUNACRW celebrated President Donald J. Trump’s 2025 Inauguration.  Members celebrated this historic event with family and friends. 

Members reviewed the importance of remaining engaged after our November Presidential win.  2025 is just as important if not more important than the 2024 Election.  We are electing local offices (township supervisor, judge of elections, school board) which have a direct effect on our lives every day.  In addition, we have state judge offices open and well as judges up for retention.  No!  We cannot take a nap.  Roll up your sleeves and get busy.
